Welcome to The Alcove — spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments in Cincinnati’s Turpin Hills with elevated finishes and resort-style amenities. Our pet-friendly apartments near downtown Cincinnati keep you close to everything while offering a peaceful, residential retreat.

We allow a maximum of 2 pets. Breed restrictions may apply. Management approval is required, applicable fees will be applied. Unauthorized pets may result additional charges.
Our community is smoke-free, meaning smoking is not allowed inside apartments, balconies, common areas, or within 15 feet of entrances, exits, and windows. Smoking includes traditional tobacco products as well as e-cigarettes and vaporizers. Violations may result in fines or lease enforcement actions.
